I specifically designed these programs to guide women like YOU through total body workouts embracing concepts of pelvic floor rehab using many of the unique methods I discovered in my own healing journey. I’m Caroline, mom of 3, pelvic floor physical therapist and fitness junkie.
After my 1st pregnancy, I developed stress incontinence and prolapse, leading to feelings of loneliness and embarrassment. What had once been a stress-relieving outlet for me, exercise now only magnified my challenges. I was heartbroken but not defeated. I decided to devote myself to healing my pelvic floor issues. I combined advanced pelvic floor rehab techniques with yoga, breathing work, strength training, nutrition and mindset changes and IT WORKED!
Conquering my challenges through this distinctive approach sparked a passion for teaching and sharing my story with others. I believe women should feel strong and confident in their bodies throughout motherhood and beyond. Equipped with the right knowledge and guidance, our potential is truly limitless!
